Cert III in Bread Baking Apprenticeship
Workplace Training Strategies has developed this unique program in consultation with Bakery Operators; both Franchise and Independent. This on-the-job program has been designed to fit comfortably around the current work schedule of an apprentice in a working bakery. This qualification describes the skills and knowledge of a bread baker who bakes bread products working in a commercial baking environment. .No occupational licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
