To continue to meet the needs of individual bakeries and our growing client base we have developed a range of tailored training programs to fit bakeries with a Cake and Pastry focus.
This qualification describes the skills and knowledge of a baker’s assistant working in a commercial baking environment. No occupational licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
