WORKFORCE TRAINING SCORECARD
Training is an investment. But if apprentices aren’t completing, new staff aren’t settling in, managers aren’t confident, or workplace performance isn’t improving, it can be difficult to know where the problem starts.
That’s why we created the Workforce Training Scorecard — a simple way for employers to take a step back and look at their current training approach.

Time's up
Why did we create the Workforce Training Scorecard?
Many businesses are investing in training without having a clear way to know whether it is actually working.
An apprentice may be enrolled, but are they progressing?
New staff may be inducted, but are they getting the support they need to settle into the workplace?
Training may be happening, but is it consistent? Is it improving workplace performance? Do managers know how to coach and support their people?
These are the questions behind the Workforce Training Scorecard.
We created it to give employers a simple starting point — a way to look at their current training approach, identify areas that may need attention, and decide what they want to do next.
The Scorecard isn't a test of your employees. It's a snapshot of your training approach.

WORKPLACE TRAINING STRATEGIES
Training that works in the workplace
Workplace Training Strategies (WTS) is an Australian Registered Training Organisation, RTO 21859, working with businesses across baking, retail, hospitality, customer service, leadership and management.
We work with employers and learners to deliver nationally recognised training that fits the workplace and supports learner progression.
Our approach starts with understanding what is actually happening in your workplace — not simply enrolling people into a qualification.
We look at how training is delivered, how learners are supported, how progress is monitored and how training connects with the work people are actually doing.
The goal is to help employers make informed decisions about their training and give learners the support they need to progress.
